Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to your toolbar, and sign in with your email. Then open any Amazon.com product page and launch the side panel.

No. AI Seller Copilot reads public Amazon product pages. It does not require your Amazon seller credentials, and we never ask for them.

English, Chinese, and Arabic. You can switch the interface language in settings.

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges through PayPal until you cancel.

A generation is one AI operation — one product analysis, one review-insight run, or one listing draft. Each plan has a daily quota that resets every day (it does not roll over). If you run out, you'll see an upgrade prompt and can switch plans at any time.

Yes. In settings you can configure your own provider (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Azure, or a custom endpoint), test the connection, and activate it. Your API key stays in your browser. See Privacy Policy §4.

From the extension: Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. You can also email us. Cancellation stops the next renewal and is always free. Full steps are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No. You keep access until the end of the term you've already paid for. Cancellation only stops the next renewal.

Because the service is a digital good with immediate access, fees for a term you've used are generally non-refundable. However, we always refund duplicate or erroneous charges, and we treat genuine cases (such as never having accessed the service within 7 days of payment) fairly. Email support@aisellercopilot.com with your account email and PayPal transaction ID. We'll review and refund any duplicate or erroneous charge. Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute so we can resolve it fastest.

No. The extension is scoped to Amazon.com pages you actively open. It does not run in the background on other sites. See Privacy Policy §3.

No. We never ask for, and have no access to, your Amazon credentials.

The content you ask us to process is sent to an AI model provider — either our default provider or, if you connect your own, directly to your configured endpoint. We send only what's needed to fulfill your request.

Yes. Depending on your region you have rights of access, correction, and deletion. Email support@aisellercopilot.com and we'll action your request within the time required by law. See Privacy Policy §10.

You can use the generated copy as a strong draft, but you must review and verify it before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Amazon's policies and applicable law. See Terms §6–7.

No. The tools help you work faster and more consistently, but we cannot guarantee specific sales results, search rankings, or conversion outcomes.
