Refund & Cancellation Policy
The short version: AI Seller Copilot is a digital subscription with immediate access. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid term. Because the service is consumed as soon as you use it, fees for an active term are generally non-refundable — but we will always refund duplicate or erroneous charges, and we will treat genuine cases fairly.

2. Digital service & immediate access
AI Seller Copilot is a digital service. When you subscribe, your account is activated immediately and your daily AI-generation quota becomes available right away. Because the service can be fully used from the moment of payment, it is treated as a digital good: unlike a physical product, it cannot be "returned" once consumed. This is the basis for the refund terms below.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone call required:
- Open the AI Seller Copilot extension and sign in.
- Go to Dashboard → Subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription (and turn off auto-renew).
- Confirm. You'll see the date your access continues until.
You can also cancel by emailing us at support@aisellercopilot.com with your account email; we will process it for you and confirm in writing.
4. When cancellation takes effect
Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not end your current term. You keep full access to the Service until the end of the term you have already paid for (for example, until the 30th day on the Monthly plan). No further charges will be made after that date. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current term.
5. Refunds
Given the digital and immediately-consumable nature of the Service, fees for a subscription term that has been accessed or used are non-refundable, and partial refunds are not provided for unused time within an active term. This reflects the value delivered and the cost of providing the AI compute behind each generation.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, subject to PayPal's own processing times.
6. When a refund may be granted
We will assess refund requests fairly and grant a full refund where any of the following applies:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same subscription term due to a system or billing error.
- Erroneous charge: a charge was applied that does not correspond to a plan you subscribed to.
- Never accessed: you contact us within 7 days of a new or renewal payment to report that you did not access the Service, and we can confirm no usage occurred in that period.
- Service outage: the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your term due to a problem on our side, and we cannot restore equivalent access.
- Compelling circumstances: at our discretion, where a genuine and documented case warrants it (for example, documented account-access failure at renewal).
Refunds under this section are at AI Seller Copilot's discretion based on the evidence available, and are handled on their merits.
7. Non-refundable cases
- You used the Service during the term and simply changed your mind.
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date and were charged for a new term you have since accessed.
- You want a partial refund for the remaining days of an active term.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output that you could reasonably have evaluated before subscribing, or with results we do not guarantee (see Terms §7).
In these cases, your option is to cancel future renewals so you are not charged again. The reminder above still applies: cancelling is always free and takes effect before the next billing date.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@aisellercopilot.com from the email registered to your account and include:
- Your account email and the plan in question;
- The PayPal transaction ID and date of the charge (visible in your PayPal account);
- A short description of the reason.
We aim to respond within Within 1 business day and to resolve refund requests within a reasonable time, typically no more than 10 business days.
9. PayPal disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first using the steps above — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. If you open a dispute or chargeback through PayPal, please provide the same details (account email, transaction ID, reason) so we can locate your order and respond accurately. Opening a dispute does not change the refund terms in this policy, but we will cooperate fully with PayPal's resolution process.
