Pricing & payment questions
How am I billed, and in what currency?
All plans are billed in United States Dollars (USD) through PayPal. The Monthly plan renews every 30 days, the Quarterly plan every 90 days, and the Yearly plan every 365 days, until you cancel.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the term you already paid for. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What does "daily AI generations" mean?
Each plan includes a daily quota of AI generations (for example, 300/day on Monthly). A generation is one AI operation — one product analysis, one review-insight run, or one listing draft. The quota resets each day and does not roll over.
What happens if I run out of daily quota?
You'll see an upgrade prompt and can switch to a higher plan at any time. The new plan's quota applies immediately. Unused daily quota does not carry over to the next day.
Do you offer refunds?
Because AI Seller Copilot is a digital subscription with immediate access, fees for an active term are generally non-refundable once used. However, you can cancel future renewals anytime. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms and exceptions.
