Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and AI Seller Copilot ("we", "us", "Company", or "AI Seller Copilot") governing your access to and use of the AI Seller Copilot website at aisellercopilot.com, the browser extension, and the connected AI services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About us

AI Seller Copilot is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides Amazon sellers with AI-powered product analysis, review insights, and listing-generation tools. We are based in United States and bill subscriptions in USD through PayPal. For full company information, see our About page.

3. Your account

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
• Account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aisellercopilot.com of any unauthorized use.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal to you. You may not share, sell, or transfer access except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

4. Subscriptions, billing & payment

• Plans. We offer recurring subscriptions: Monthly ($9.99 / 30 days), Quarterly ($24.99 / 90 days), and Yearly ($79.99 / 365 days). Prices are in USD. We may change pricing for future terms; any change takes effect at your next renewal after notice.
• Payment. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us, through PayPal, to charge the recurring fees until you cancel. PayPal's own terms govern the payment relationship.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term using your PayPal payment method, for a term of the same length, until cancelled.
• Quota. Each plan includes a daily generation quota (300/500/1,000 per day for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly). Quota resets daily and does not roll over.
• Cancellation & refunds. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals. Refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Taxes. Applicable taxes, if any, are added according to the rules of your jurisdiction.

5. Your license to use the Service

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own commercial selling activities during the subscription term. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

6. Acceptable use & Amazon compliance

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to create listings or content that is false, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates Amazon's policies or applicable law;
• Scrape, collect, or store data from Amazon in a manner that exceeds your rights or that automates access in violation of Amazon's terms;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the extension or our backend, except to the extent permitted by law;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties, or build a competing service using the output;
• Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security measures, or introduce malware or harmful code;
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure.

7. AI output & accuracy

The Service uses large-language-model (LLM) technology to generate analysis, insights, and text. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You must review and verify all output before publishing it or relying on it for business decisions. You are responsible for any content you publish, and for confirming it complies with Amazon's policies and applicable law. We do not guarantee specific sales results or search rankings from any generated content.

8. Intellectual property

All right, title, and interest in the Service — including the extension, the website, the brand, and underlying software — are owned by or licensed to us. Content you generate using the Service is yours to use for your own selling activities, subject to these Terms. You retain responsibility for ensuring your generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AI Seller Copilot, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, including Amazon's policies; or (d) content you publish that was generated or informed by the Service.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account poses a legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction as determined by your account and billing address, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@aisellercopilot.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
